Arielle has changed up my workouts and oh my goodness am I feeling it. She knows how bad my vertigo gets so has put together a new set of workouts that don’t exacerbate the vertigo but definitely work parts of my body that need it. Arielle is such a motivator and knowledgeable about conditioning. I wanted to work with someone that could help me feel confident using any machine and weights in the gym and she more than accomplished that during our sessions. She pushes during the session but makes it fun! I would highly recommend working with Arielle if you are searching for a personal trainer.
